The workshop provides an opportunity to write, delving into varied forms of writing from poetry, fiction, journaling, letter writing, and memoir, and to build writer's craft through teaching and feedback. The sessions draw inspiration from established teen authors, foster a sense of fun, and explore putting thoughts and feelings into words in new ways. In a small group of teens, the participants have the opportunity to share their stories and support one another in the writing process.
